The TA Instruments Discovery DSC 25P is a high-performance Pressure Differential Scanning Calorimeter designed for analyzing pressure-sensitive materials. It measures heat flow associated with thermal transitions, chemical reactions, and oxidative stability or decomposition under various pressure conditions, ranging from vacuum to elevated pressures up to 7 MPa (1,000 psi). The DSC 25P operates within a temperature range of ambient to 550 °C, which can be extended down to -130 °C with the optional Quench Cooling Accessory. It supports experiments under static or dynamic purge conditions using various inert, oxidizing, or reducing atmospheres.
