The RT² SYBR Green qPCR Mastermix (12) is a high-performance real-time PCR reagent designed for use with RT² PCR Arrays and qPCR Assays. Each kit contains 12 x 1.35 ml tubes, suitable for up to 12 x 96-well arrays, 8 x 384-well arrays, 1200 x 25 µl reactions, or 3000 x 10 µl reactions. Optimized for sensitive and specific amplification with minimal primer-dimer formation, this mastermix supports a broad range of real-time PCR instruments and applications in molecular biology.
