The AllPrep DNA/RNA FFPE Kit is designed for simultaneous purification of genomic DNA and total RNA (including small RNAs) from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. The kit uses a patent-pending solubilization method to release DNA and RNA, enabling comprehensive analysis of both nucleic acids from the same sample. It is optimized to reverse formaldehyde modification and yields DNA and RNA suitable for applications such as PCR, qPCR, real-time RT-PCR, and microarray analysis.
