    The FoodScan 2 Fish is a fast, accurate, and easy-to-use NIR transmission analyzer designed for fish meat analysis at all production stages—from raw material inspection to finished product control. Delivering results in as little as 15–25 seconds, it enables rapid determination of fat, moisture, protein, salt, and color, with minimal sample preparation.
